What are your standard delivery times and charges?

We’re committed to delivering your order quickly, as we want you to be able to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. You can choose from three convenient shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Tracked: £3.95. Guaranteed delivery next working day before 1pm.
  • Royal Mail First Class Tracked: £1.95. Delivered within 1-3 working days.
  • Royal Mail Second Class Tracked: Free. Delivered within 2-5 working days.

All orders placed by 2 pm are processed the same working day. Any orders placed after 2 pm, over weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

 

How do I take advantage of the Love Your Tech guarantee

Easy! Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, and don’t forget to quote your original order number. Once you receive your prepaid returns label, just be sure the product is returned in like-new condition, with original packaging and accessories.

Unfortunately, any items that are missing original parts and packaging, past their 30-day trial period, or damaged from external misuse or accident, cannot be returned.

 

What if I receive a defective product?

We work hard to ensure that every item in our range is worthy of the iQualTech seal of approval, and we’re proud to offer a no quibble 12-month refund or replace warranty on all of our products. You can sign up for the warranty here!

In the unlikely event that your iQualTech product is received in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll send you a prepaid returns label and issue a replacement or refund!

 

What will happen once you have received my return?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know if you’ve been approved for a refund or replacement!

If you’ve been approved for a replacement, we’ll ship your replacement product as soon as possible and notify you of an approximate delivery date.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days. The full refund credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.

 

I don’t have a Bluetooth device. Will iQualTech speakers still work for me?

Each of our speakers comes equipped with a 3.5 mm auxiliary jack, so you can enjoy great sound from any device – Bluetooth or not! Simply plug in and let the music move you.

 

How do I charge my iQualTech speakers?

All iQualTech speakers come with a handy Micro USB cable included for easy recharging. Our speakers can be charged while in use, so there’s no need to pause the party – simply plug into any USB compatible device and you’re good to go!

 

How do I make hands-free calls with my iQualTech device?

Easy! Pair your device instantly via Bluetooth and simply turn on the mic function. Incoming calls will automatically be diverted to the speaker, allowing you to chat hands-free, with crisp, clear sound. Dial out on your device to make outgoing calls, and simply activate the mic function on the speaker for a hands-free conversation.

 

I don’t have an Apple device. Will your products still work for me?

All of our speakers and headphones work great with any Bluetooth-equipped device.

Our series of lightning cables and chargers are currently for Apple devices only – however, we hope to expand the range soon, so watch this space.
